Fantasy Records 3200/8000 Series Part 2: 8400 to 8431

Fantasy introduced 12" LPs in 1955 with the 3000 series. Initial LPs in the series were in mono and had 3000 series numbering. Subsequently, for a period, albums were released in mono and stereo versions with mono releases continuing the 3000 numbering and the stereo equivalent LPs having 8000 series numbering. Mono releases were stopped in the late 1960s and subsequent stereo releases continued with 8000 numbering.

This page lists album with catalog numbers 8400 to 8431 which were released between 1970 and 1972. From 1973 onwards the 9000 series was used for new Fantasy LPs.
