Let It Be was performed by Phil Lesh and others at the Philharmonia show in December 1999. Let It Be was also performed by Phil Lesh & Friends in 2013 and 2014.

Let It Be was written by Paul McCartney. The song was originally released by the Beatles on a single in March 1970 and then on the Let It Be album in May 1970. The first release of the song though was the Aretha Franklin version on the This Girl's in Love with You LP in January 1970.
