Southern Comfort

Southern Comfort were a vocal group that included Donna Thatcher (later Donna Jean Godchaux). The other members of the group were Jeanie Greene, Mary Holliday and Ginger Holliday. The group released one single and provided backing vocals on a number of other recordings. The members of the group provided backing vocals on many recordings but only on a few of these were they credited as Southern Comfort. Only recordings on which the backing vocals are definitely credited to Southern Comfort are listed below.

(Note that there is no connection between this Southern Comfort and the country rock group of the same name who were formed in 1970).
